Please do not include sensitive health details in the contact form. For anything clinical, call us or speak to our pharmacist in person.

Enquiries are emailed to our team and stored securely in our website’s admin area. We do not sell your information. Our website is hosted by Hostinger, and email is delivered through our email provider.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and then delete them in line with our retention policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
