Support for paper‑based MAR homes
Not all homes use digital systems — and that’s absolutely fine. We provide full support for paper‑based MAR charts, including audits and accuracy checks, clear completion guidance, training on safe documentation, PRN recording and follow‑up, error‑prevention strategies for handwritten records, best‑practice storage and filing, and support during inspections.
