Our Story

Caring for you and your Family

3CEES began when Christine, an NHS Community Health Services Pharmacist working across Lewisham, saw vital local health services disappearing as pharmacies closed. Neighbours were losing support they relied on — and no one was stepping in. Determined to keep care within the community, she founded 3CEES so residents wouldn’t lose the services designed for them. Her belief that every person deserves care close to home is what sparked our beginning.

Read our full story

We started as a single pharmacy in Catford, built on a simple belief: everyone deserves clear, friendly health advice from people who know them by name.

Today, we support families across Catford, Bellingham, Forest Hill and Croydon — dispensing prescriptions, offering free NHS consultations and helping people manage long-term conditions close to home.

Our Not-For-Profit reinvests surplus into community wellbeing, and 3CEES Training equips care staff and managers with the skills to handle medication safely.

Our Mission

Safe, accessible care for every family we serve.

We provide trusted pharmacy services and practical training that keep people well, informed and supported in their community.

Our Vision

Healthier communities, safer care.

Communities where every family has a pharmacist they trust, and every care setting handles medicines with confidence.

Comprehensive Healthcare Services

From prescription services to personalised healthcare programmes, we offer a complete range of services to meet your health and wellness needs.

Prescription Services

Quick and accurate dispensing of NHS and private prescriptions, with a pharmacist on hand to explain how and when to take your medicines.

Nominate any 3CEES branch as your pharmacy and your GP will send prescriptions to us electronically — no paper slip needed.

Understanding Repeat Prescriptions

If you take regular medicine, your GP can set it up as a repeat. Order through your surgery or the NHS App, and we will have it ready for collection.

  • Order about a week before you run out
  • Tell us if anything changes, including side effects
  • Ask us for a free medicines check-up at any time
Free NHS Consultation

Walk in for expert advice and guidance — no appointment needed. Our pharmacists can assess and, where appropriate, treat conditions including:

  • Sinusitis, sore throat and earache
  • Infected insect bites and impetigo
  • Shingles
  • Uncomplicated urinary tract infections in women
Heart Rhythm Checks

A free, quick check for an irregular heartbeat (atrial fibrillation), one of the main causes of stroke. It takes a few minutes and is painless.

If we find anything that needs attention, we will refer you to your GP straight away. Blood pressure checks are also available.

Common Illnesses Treatment

Coughs, colds, hay fever, head lice, aches and pains — we can advise and treat, with free medicines for eligible patients.

Ask at the counter whether you qualify. Bring any regular medicines with you so we can check they are safe to take together.

Common questions

When does 3CEES Pharmacy open?

We are opening soon in Catford Shopping Centre, once we are fully licensed. Check this website for our opening date, or send us a message and we will let you know.

Do I need an appointment?

For most services you can just pop in and speak to our team. Some services, such as a full medicines review, are best booked in advance so our pharmacist can give you their full attention.

How do I nominate 3CEES Pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions?

Tell your GP surgery, tell any member of our pharmacy team, or update your nominated pharmacy in the NHS App. Your prescriptions will then arrive with us electronically.

Is 3CEES Pharmacy a real NHS pharmacy?

Yes. We will deliver NHS pharmacy services and locally commissioned services once fully licensed. We are also a not‑for‑profit Community Interest Company, so surplus is reinvested in the community.

Do you provide training for care staff?

Yes. We offer bespoke CPD‑accredited medication training for care staff, supervisors and managers in care homes, domiciliary care, mental health rehabilitation and learning disability services.
